Farmhouse Goat's Milk Soap
Here it is, the pure and natural soap we've been making and using in our own family for over fifteen years. We'll never use another standard bar of soap from the store again, and once you try real goat milk soap, we think you won't either.
What makes goat milk soap so special? Goat's milk and goat milk soap have been used for centuries for skin care because they contain natural emollients, vitamins, and triglycerides that nourish and moisturize your skin. Our handcrafted goat milk soap is loaded also with natural glycerin to help keep your skin soft. In stark contrast to this, commercial soaps almost always have the glycerin removed by adding salts, so producers can use the glycerin for other, more profitable applications.
We produce our soap in small batches using the fresh milk from our dairy goats. Other ingredients include high-quality coconut, palm, and olive oils, along with essential or fragrance oils. Our scented bars are not heavily perfumed. You know that wall of smell you encounter when you walk into a typical bath and beauty store? Well, you will not experience that with our lightly-fragranced goat milk soap. Each bar is then cut by hand, aged for two weeks, and wrapped in a simple paper band. The result is a beautiful bar, nothing fancy, but a true affordable luxury.
